Kanye West is Still a King♛!

Ok, so Kanye West, the rapper who has sold over 32 million albums worldwide has made an idiot out himself publicly on TMZ, March 1, 2018. Much of the world is quitting on Kanye west after his comment, "Slavery was a choice", which disappointed many black influencers of our time: T.I, Steven A. Smith, Will.I.Am, Don Lemon, Janelle Monae, and many other powerful black people of the 21 century. Many powerful black influencers have supported the ridiculous comment: Lupe Fiasco, Slim Thug, Louis Farrakhan, to name a few, all having different views on the matter, which we will get to later in the article. What would cause Kanye West to irresponsibly make a fool out of himself on TMZ, which gets over 2.77 million views of its televised shows. Many blame the Kardashian curse, which has proven to take down many male figures who have ever dated a Kardashian: Bruce Jenner, Lamar Odom, Reggie Bush, the list goes on. Click here to find out who else was allegedly a victim of the Kardashian Curse. Some claim that Kanye West hasn't properly grieved over his mother's death. Some claim  that this act by Kanye West is just to sell records. There are many opinions as to why Kanye West has not only publicized the comment "Slavery was a choice" on a large platform like TMZ, but has supported Trump in the process. Despite all of what we've witnesses from Kanye West in this outrage, he is still a King♛and the crown should not be taken from his head.

How many hip hop artists can honestly say that out of at least 5 albums dropped, in their career, at least 80% has sold over 1 million copies with 40% selling over 3 million? In 2004, Kanye West's College Drop Out album beat out OutKast's Speakerbox, G Units' Beg for Mercy, Beyonce's Dangerously in Love  and Twista's Kamikazi albums, only falling behind Usher's Confessions, Alicia Key's The Diary of Alicia Keys and Jay Z's The Black Album. This was his debut album with hit songs that we will vibe to for many years: "Through the Wire", "Slow Jams" featuring Jamie Fox and Twista; "All Falls Down" and the most breakthrough song of our century, "Jesus Walks", which was played in non-Jesus theme clubs and enjoyed as any other cub banger and "The New Workout Plan".

With six successful studio albums reaching platinum status thus far out of the seven released,Yeezus being the exception, we are definitely in the dark as to how well his eighth studio album will be received, especially after his TMZ comment on slavery. Controversy   
Kanye West has been a controversial figure throughout his career. Involved in many outbursts that made the public scream, laugh and scratch our heads in wonder as to what the heck is wrong with Kanye, totally shocked by his actions. No matter how you describe Kanye, he is a king♛ who has accomplished outstanding numbers in the hip hop industry, has had some incredibly influential one liners in his music, such as  "I know you're happy, 'cause I can see it, so tell the voice inside your head to believe it" (Only One); "Everything I'm not, made me everything I am" (Everything I am) and "I'm trying to right my wrongs, it's funny, the same wrongs helped me write this song (Touch the Sky) and has contributed to 20 charities abroad, including, but not limited to: Common Ground Foundation, Make it Right, Red Cross, Stand up to Cancer Live 8 and Save the Children. Kanye West has been a huge influence on the hip hop culture [and any one else who decided to take a chance to lend an ear to Kanye West's music or lend an attentive eye to the good he contributes, overall]. * Rants about not being chosen to open for the 2007 MTV Video Awards, claiming that "they don't want a black man in that position". MTV chose Britney Spears that year.
2008
* Takes offense to Entertainment Weekly, giving him a B+ grade for his Glow in the Dark concert tour. He would take to his blog and write explicit content about the matter.
2009
Storms the stage of a Taylor Swift acceptance speech for a Best Female Video award and gets on the microphone and claims that "Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time".
2010 
Cancels his musical performance on the Today show after tweeting that Matt Lauer cut parts of his interview off while he spoke on George Bush ,with a clip from the VMAs.
2011
He takes to Twiter about abortions. He states that "Gold diggin' bit**es be getting pregnant on purpose".

West compares hisself to Hitler during a performance at England's Big Chill Festival.


The Slavery Was a Choice Comment and its reactions from many celebs
Now this Slavery is a choice comment seems to have taken the cake among the public. Many celebs aren't looking to get past the statement and says that they are done with Kanye: Eve; Willie D, Famous Dex are a few, leaving many others puzzled and confused on what to think and some just trusting the Kanye West process. What really seems to be the matter with Kanye West? Celebs address the "slavery was a choice" comment made by Kanye and here are some facts stated by each celeb from their respective interviews.

Will.I.Am (Good Morning America) - Heart-broken. Thinks that the statement was the most ignorant statement from anyone who has came from the hood that has spoken about their ancestors.

Don Lemon (CNN) - Wants to help Kanye. Provides some history lessons and suggests that he picks up a book.











Janelle Monae (WPGC)- Disrespected. He has to educate himself a little bit more.

Lupe Fiasco - Agrees. States that blacks did have a choice, either die or work.

Slim Thug - Don't hate Kanye. Don't see anything wrong with Kanye West thinking that for slavery to last so long we were mentally enslaved.

Louis Farrakhan (TMZ) -  Calls Kanye his brother. Says Kanye West  is wrestling with 400 years of slavery.

So, it is a rumor circulating that the recent slavery comment by Kanye west was a product of the Kardashian curse, which has had many major negative affects on the men who have dated a Kardashian. The Lost of Kanye West's Mother

Kanye West's mother died on  November 10, 2007. There has been many outbursts from Kanye since this time that can honestly be the result of his mother passing away and this slavery comment may not be an exception. Dr. Jan Adams, the man behind Kanye West's mom death, states that Kanye West's fragile mental state is partly due to the "lingering grief" of his mother. Friends also claim that his mental breakdown was due to marital complications and his disagreements with Jay-z. Could Kanye be pulling a stunt to sell his new and upcoming album? As his new album is set to hit the market in June of 2018, this is the perfect time to create a buzz. Not sure if this is the type of buzz that he needs, as Kanye West has lost 9 million followers from, not only the slavery comment, but because of his support of trump. If you're losing that many followers there is a good chance that you are gonna lose some album sells as well. He may pick up a few new supporters with his statement [possibly], but how true is that comment? As those who are slave history savvy will tell you that the comment by Kanye West on slavery was completely idiotic, what does this say about his new album? A new song that he has teased the public with, titled, "Scoopity Poop" is...well, just ponder on the title for a minute.... and make your claim. Not sure about Kanye or his new album, but Charlmagne the God supposedly had heard cuts from the album and he says that it is a good album that talks about real life matters. We'll see!

Kanye West Isn't Done

Ok, so Kanye West states that slavery was a choice, right? Maybe he is right and no one actually has the capacity to dig deep in their thoughts to actually decipher what he is trying to say. Let me break it down to you so that you can understand where Kanye West is coming from...alright [deep breathe].

Ok, what Kanye west is trying to get across to the world is that slavery was a choice, but he just doesn't know how to explain it correctly. So, I'll explain it and maybe you can cut Kanye some slack.

Many, many, many moons ago, before any of us were born, including your great grand parents, blacks were free! I mean, walking around without a need to have a master to control his thoughts and actions. Now as these blacks were free, somewhere down the line they began to live recklessly. They didn't manage their currency well at all; they refused to pay other cultures back whatever they owed; they were stealing from everyone; murdering; lying and cheating, just living like animals. The environments where they lived were falling apart and the species of their territories began to have control of their land, killing off one black after another. Blacks needed a bail out. At this time, the whites and the Asians were living a lot better than the blacks within their own territories. Basically, they had a better grasp on their living conditions, sought of like things are today.

The leaders of all of the black communities decided to reach out to other cultures for assistance, but these other cultures [being as smart as they were] knew this was an opportunity to take over more land and expand. No, the other cultures didn't force their will onto the blacks territories. The leaders of the blacks agreed that they and their people are to serve these cultures in exchange for help dealing with the dangerous species that roamed their territories, killing off their people, and they needed help getting out of debt as well. This is what Kanye West is trying to say, but just can't get it all the way out. Slavery was a choice, but he left out the part that we were getting slaughtered by wild animals and the only way to free ourselves from these animals - which were a lot scarier than any white or Asian man - was to give up control of our land to them.  Once the black leaders made the deal, they basically gave these cultures rights to enslave the entire race for all of eternity.

Just think. The whites did some pretty cruel things to the blacks during slavery. Knowing how strong blacks are, these species had to be extremely ferocious for the black leaders to voluntarily bow out and give up control of their people to other races.

Sorry to say, but, Kanye West is right. Slavery was a choice. Ok, now, boys and girl, get off of Kanye West and let him breathe, because he is right. Thank you for reading!

Plus the foul!!!

The New Term: Lonzo Ballin'

So, "Lonzo Ballin" is a new awesome term used in a many of situations. Lonzo Ball is a rookie basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers, you may know his father, Lavar Ball? Yea that guy who is currently feuding with Donald Trump about his son LiAngelo Ball making trouble in China. He is also the part founder of the Big Baller Brand.

Back to the term "Lonzo Ballin". It was created by Jason Dickson, an entrepreneur, philanthropist and marketer out of the Washington, D.C. area who came up with the term after rooting for Lonzo Ball and watching the rookie not live up to his hype. 4) Buying - You are shopping for a significant other, you like them and they like you and you know it.
